To be based in Doha, Qatar and also Malaysia

Job Description :-

Process Engineer (Experience: 7- 10 Years)
Process Design for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Offshore/Onshore Oil Production facilities, Gas/liquid/oil separation, oil treatment, produced water treatment, gas processing. Experience in:
Conceptual Process Design
Techno-Economic Feasibility Study
Detailed Feasibility Study
Process design including basic engineering/FEED and Detailed Engineering.
Process simulation (Hysis steady state & dynamic, Cimci, Cemshare,Pro-vision-II)
Heat material balance
Preparation of PFD and P&ID
Preparation equipment and instrument data sheets.
Indicative plot plant
Operating manual
Control narrative
Plant trouble shooting
Business improvement studies/ Business recovery plant.
Hazardous area classification diagram
Process safeguarding flow scheme, safe guarding memo, cause and effect diagram, Co-ordination with EPCC contractor
Technical Bid evaluation, cost reduction by changing the valve size etc.; Change log, commissioning & operating manual, as built drawing etc.
Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Plants
Plant Revamp/Trouble shooting
Design of Utilities and Offsite facilities, Tank farm and long distance pipelines

Various unit operations like distillation, drying etc. were studied during the training. Visited to various industrial departments such as production, research & development centre, quality control, process utilities, effluent treatment plant etc. & working of the departments has been studied thoroughly.
SEMINAR AT UG LEVEL
- “Applications of Radioactive Elements in Chemical Industries”.
Here, applications of radioactive metals in the chemical process industries especially refineries has been studied. The special emphasis is given on use of those elements in detection of the leakages occur in the supplying pipelines and distillation columns of various industries e.g. Mathura oil refinery, Reliance industries Jamnagar, IOCL Guwahati etc.
PROJECT AT UG LEVEL
- “Manufacturing of Phosphoric Acid”.
Here, the processes available for the manufacturing of phosphoric acid were studied. The best among the processes available from technical as well as economical point of view is selected and the phosphoric manufacturing was carried out by that process.
PROJECT AT PG LEVEL
- “Removal of Heavy Metals from Aqueous Stream by Micellar Enhanced Ultra-filtration”.
The heavy metals present in the wastewater causes pollution in the environment & affect the human health. In the present work, removal of such metals by ultra-filtration process is carried out where micelle formation in the surfactant is used as fundamental property.
Extra Curricular Activities/Achievements
- Presented paper on “Removal of Mercury from wastewater by Micellar Enhanced Ultra-filtration” at international conference ICEE-2011 held at Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia. The paper also published in “Research Journal of Chemistry and Environment”.
- Participated in environmental management through cleaner production and cleaner technology by forest and environment department, government of Gujarat held at SVNIT, Surat.
- Attended workshop on plastic and polymer tech. held at MIT, Aurangabad.
- Organizing Member of the Technical Event Chankya-2009 held at JNEC, Aurangabad.
