    Job Description:
    (1) As Level-1 Support Executive, you would pick up incoming telephone calls, talk to the Customer, understand his/her question, and guide him/her to use the software.
    (2) If you cannot guide the Customer, tell him/her that someone will call you back. Log the issue in a Web based system and escalate it to Level-2.
    (3) Once you get more proficient, you can conduct (a) Online Training Sessions (b) Configure the Software on Customer's Servers (c) Attend to Level-2 issues

    Desired Candidate Profile:
    The candidate must have the following profile:
    01. Fluent English speaking ability
    02. NO particular accent while speaking English required, however, must speak structurally correct English.
    03. Ability to understand American accent on phone
    04. Aware of general manners of telephonic conversation
    05. Ability to understand the application software, which needs to be supported
    06. Well-versed with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
    07. Willingness to work at nights to serve American customers, learn the software to that extent that customers would like to have you on their site, and grow with the company and with the product over a period of time.

    The following shall be considered a plus:
    01. Knowledge of how a doctor's office works in America
    02. Exposure of working on BPO jobs that require working with doctor's offices in America
    03. Exposure to Microsoft SQL Server and Visual Basic.

    Company Profile:
    Anatech and MCS develop and market application software products that help doctors and their colleagues in the office to provide excellent care to their patients. The software developed by Anatech is being marketed in the United States through MCS - directly and through resellers. A Help Desk is setup by Anatech in Ahmedabad, where Software Support Executives work either from 5:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. or from 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

    MCS in the US has an office in New Jersey and Detroit, which provide higher levels of support to Software Support Executives working in Ahmedabad.
