Job Description:
1) Planning, design and develop with customers full system layout, specifications, engineering solutions (using CAD) and production line sub assy and detail drawing.
2) Design/ Development of Material Handling machines and systems, process etc.
3) Carry out the reports and meeting, gathering database, development of standardization and modularization, researching supplier and equipment information - Standard Parts, taking measurements at site, and maintaining project files.
4) Prepare of equipment specification, Bill Of Material planning (B.O.M.), people manpower analysis, cycle time analysis, value added step analysis and work simplification and cost down studies.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1) DEGREE/ DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
2) Minimum 3 - 5 years experience with proven track records in machine design or in related field with excellent educational background.
3) Exposure in manufacturing, assembly, quality control and installation.
4) Knowledge in parts application/ selection.
5) Matured, independent, energetic team player, higher self-driven and goal/ result-oriented.
6) Willingness to develop and strengthen technical skills.
7) Travel required (day trip or overnight).
