Finalization of Accounts, Financial Statements, And Annual Reports & Annual Returns4. Financial & Fund Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Working Capital / Project Finance, Switching over of Limits, FOREX Management, Due Diligence and Investment of Funds5. Assessing Working Capital requirements & arranging New/Renewal/Enhancement of working capital finance6. Liaison with Financial institutions, banks for arranging Loans and Working Capital including Short term Funds, Deposits, Inter corporate Deposits and Bill discounting7. Attend, facilitate & coordinate matters relating to Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit & concurrent Audit8. Attend to Income tax and statutory matters and comply with statutory requirement
