Introduction to Construction of Fabrics.
Enabling one to develop an aesthetic sensibility to form, material and structures through explorations with textile materials and construction, and in synthesis with elements of design.
Craft Documentation.
Documented the craft of Khadi craft on weaving.
Split-ply Braiding.
Learning the craft of split-ply braiding used for making camel belts in Rajasthan, and other techniques of knotting and braiding. Inspired by the colours of fertility, made a TORAN, used for decorating the threshold of the house, using the above technique.

Once the sample presentation is done, tech packs are made by the technical team in co-ordination with the designers.
Packaging, hand tags, label developments are an ongoing process.
Test fits are done if new silhouettes are being incorporated.
A PP sample is required if some changes are to be done.
Once the PP sample is APPROVED, production starts.
The above is the process followed.
Catalogues are made of the products for ready references, for the various teams.
Apart from the above, discussion with higher authority of how to take the brand ahead for maximum profits is discussed.
How the design team can be of help for the business.
Lookout for vendor management is another aspect of the design team.
This is in brief, as working involves many more aspects than the above.
