Responsible for Business Development and generating new clients.
Responsible for new requirements from new clients & old clients, gathering requirements and
Co-ordinating with the Delivery Team in HQ to manage delivery pipelines.
Heading a team for Permanent & Contractual Staffing for IT clients.
Generate revenue through the closure of the requirements.
Building strong referral base and networking with professional sources in various companies so as to have constant flow of requirement.
Strong Account Management skill.
