To plan and enforce recruitment and hiring policies, To execute talent search methodologies, To manage the entire recruitment cycle such as talent acquisition, manpower planning, sourcing and calling the candidates through Job Portals, To deal with the Cultural activities, Training & Development Program, CV shortlisting, Conducting Interviews, Performance Appraisal (Field Review and 360' Method) Support to Healthy Work Environment, Other Misc. Work related to HR & Admin, Preparing hiring budgets.
Review of existing HR practices, weaknesses & suggested changes
Lead HR department in personnel planning, recruitment and selection process
Employee attraction and retention of talent
Execute Employee development – ED tools / instruments, Employee development and retention – monitoring and tracking intervention/ support in needed cases.
Support to ensure quality, cost and service effectiveness within HR department
Hiring budget Preparation & monitoring.
Facilitate new initiatives relevant to HR development.
MIS reports, HR policies execution, Performance Management, Career path Management.
Driving 'Employee Connect' activities to support retention
take care of issues, grievances, improvements, escalation from employees in HR, Personnel matters sourced either directly or via organisation feedback channels.
Exit interviews, exit analysis and measures to retain talent
Support Corporate strategic responsibility
Competency Management and mapping within HR department.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Looking for male candidates should have excellent communication skills, expert execution capability, exemplary analytical skills, should be task oriented, has a solution centric approach, strong leadership abilities, concept clarity in HR and Recruitments, flexible.
Minimum 10-18 yrs experience in entire gamut of HR activities.
Proficient in basic computer operations.
Skilled in managing and co-ordinating the activities of recruitment.
Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements of company.
Smooth administration of all Personnel Matters that will enhance employee satisfaction
Effective management of the existing infrastructure in the company and develop facilities in line with Business growth objectives.
Cost effective procurement of in the area of Facilities, estate management & infrastructure development.
Ensure meeting all legal requirements and speedy disposal of all legal cases for & against the Company.
