Job Description:
Will be responsible for all project related works.

Reporting to Managing Director

Co-ordination with Department Heads for smooth functioning.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Engineering Task Force, resulting in timely completion of engineering with minimum errors. Align engineering work to facilitate timely procurement and site construction work. He will ensure proper close out of the detailed engineering project.

Execute the project to meet the various requirements of downstream processes such as procurement and construction.

Ensure that projects are implemented in compliance with Statutory, Environmental, Health and Safety standards and regulations.

Develop, motivate, and coach the staff. Contribute to the development of the technical skill pools in project engineering and cost engineering.

Initiate, lead the implementation, and ensure the results of improvements in the project work processes. Ensure the establishment and deployment of project standards and procedures

Identify and promote sharing and implementation of best practices available in the industry through active networking.

Work closely (partner) with the Lead Engineers to ensure a structured and effective approach to the execution of Detailed Engineering projects.

Assure project work is fully integrated with Customer priorities and turnaround schedules. Proper close out of the project in terms of Project Close Out

Project Details
“PNEUMATIC CAR” Carried out in PDA College, Gulbarga.
Description of project:
In this project, the methodology of developing pneumatic power generating concept is developed. The pneumatic cylinders are used to activate the cranking and to complete the rotation of the cranking with the help of two number of cylinder with requisite torque through valves.
In this reciprocating action of the piston is converted into rotary motion by cranking method, which intern transmits the power to rear axle by connecting rod and cams.
