Manager Operations :
Open Solutions seeks a candidate who will set the vision, direction and culture of the operations’ teams by managing the day-to-day activities of multiple processes and achieve all established Service Levels and Operating Metrics. The manager will maintain operational metrics and help to raise the bar periodically as applicable. Maintain and publish operations dashboard periodically.
Specific Qualifications:
Experienced in Transaction Processing & Voice Processes and handled a team size of at least 100 FTEs. Candidates with experience in bank operations / financial processes will be given preference.
Interact with multiple process owners in the US to understand requirements and communicate feedback /solutions.
The candidate would be responsible for People Management & Attrition Management.
Develop employees and their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities for future leaders.
Work closely & actively with support Services like HR, IT, Admin & Facilities to align operational objectives and goals.
Responsible for enforcing the Information/Physical Security Policies and Procedures.
Ready to work in Night Shift and is comfortable in a 24/6 Environment.
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience of which 5 years in an International Call Center.
Lateral Moves Only – Should be presently working as an Operations Manager with Asst. Managers reporting to her/him.
Should have worked for 2 or less companies in the last 4 years – Stability is an important factor.
Graduates/PG/MBA Finance.
