Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience : Minimum 20 years experience in LEADING BANK in INDIA / OTHER COUNTRIES . Experience should cover all areas , especially the following :

1 Deposit canvassing
2 Selection and Appraisal of advance proposals
3 Branch opening and business development
4 In depth Experience in dealing with all types of fund and non fund based activities
5 Minimum 5 years experience ( within the 20 years experience ) in Top management cadre Such as , CEO / Chief General Manager or similar designations .
6 Must have handled several branches under direct control
7 Sound in NPA & RISK Management
8 Should have demonstration capacity to prove how he can serve as CEO of our bank
9 Overall knowledge in banking in all areas .
10 Any other points to be highlighted for emphasis on the suitability for the position
