Summer training in HR for a challenging exposure in competency mapping, establishing KRA ,fixing KPI, making Job descriptions of on-rolls personnel at various levels of management for employee engagement and performance appraisal/PMS.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Dynamic candidates willing to work under pressure .Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.Must be proficient in Computers specially Ms-Office.
