JOB PROFILE
- Preparation of material Procurement Requisitions for approval from Division Manager material receipt and inspection (internal and external).
- Check material received against the stock transfer or supplier and update the stock card.
- Update hires billing information, billing related to damaged items.
- Coordination with purchase department for material issue and transfer.
- Record issue details on the inter-location requisition form, issue material on FIFO basis.
- Update individual permanent tools issue/9receipt card, stock card with the issue details periodically.
- Maintain the records of temporary issue of tools & equipment register and M.S.E. control card.
- Preparation of monthly stock report and stock verification report..
- Coordination with the central stores for stock transfers.
- Coordinate with accounts and purchase department to sort out materials returned issues from sites.
- Maintain full traceability of items at all times and maintain stock and ensure provision of the same.
- Ensure Proper Segregation of material and ensure that adequate area is made available for storage of expired chemicals.
- Maintain stock handover report Asset register and maintain proper filling
- Attending Internal Audit and ISO Audit.
- Handle the purchasing work such as making the local purchase order .Deals with the suppliers if needed. Do the filing system used in the company JXB1/INF/ 103 (Dubai Civil aviation project cost 500Dhs Million)
