Job Description:
• Attending all matters w.r.t. I.P.R. registrations, renewals and it’s systematic recording and control, in liaison with Attorneys.

• Coordinating with attorneys for effectively handling Oppositions and defence in case of disputes with IPAB or higher levels & In general, keeping excellent liaison with Attorneys for protecting IPRs.

• Drafting / vetting of various commercial agreements like NDA, MoU, Property Sale Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Distributorship/ C&F Agreements etc. and any other Legal documents / notices etc.

• Attending to land / property matters of the Company, its associates, affiliates and subsidiaries.

• Effectively initiating / defending legal proceedings like Section 138 (Negotiable Inst. Act) criminal proceedings, Civil Suit, Co. Winding up Petitions, Consumer complaints etc., in co-ordination with Advocates.

• Preparing briefs for consideration of Senior counsels / Management actions in any legal proceedings.

• Guiding quickly and effectively the other departments in case of any issues referred for vetting from Legal angle.

• Attending all proceedings under W&M Act, and ensure that the same are settled well in time at lowest possible cost. To guide Product Mgmt team for proper compliance under W&M Act.

• Appear / attend the hearings before judicial authorities / courts as may be required along with Panel Advocates.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should be a Law Graduate from reputed University with 4 to 6 years relevant experience in Corporate Legal / Secretarial Dept. Exposure to Company Secretarial Function is desirable.
• Able to deal with HoDs and top management.
• Command over English, spoken and written.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Able to work in a team and deliver under constant pressure.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively to internal departments including Senior Management.
• Good knowledge of all IPR, Commercial, Labour, Civil and Property laws etc.
• Confident and Assertive.
• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of legal framework and authority.
• Sound relationship with external agencies.
• Eye for detail and process oriented

Use of contour lines for determining land utility”. This was my graduation project, which I completed in my final year of graduation. It was based on the logic used to draw contour lines on maps. Contour lines are the indicative lines that show the geographical organization of a land. These lines form loops out of all the locations, which are at the same height. I used this concept to show that these contour patterns follow specific geometry rules and hence, can be used for particular utility, such as buildings, dams and so on.
