Filing, conducting and opposing all causes of action within the jurisdiction of the Bombay City Civil Court.
Upon the promulgation of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 and the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, practicing also before the Debts Recovery Tribunals and the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunals, Mumbai.

A) I.
