Job Description:
Experience in producing cad drawings to US standards using AutoCad.

Knowledge of 3D drawing tool would be an advantage.

Possess a proven background working with AutoCAD 2006 or above, with experience in drawings of Mechanical, Electrical aspects of new build and refurbishments to US standards

Produce standardized CAD block, layers, orthographic or isometric illustrations to assist the design department.

Able to provide CAD training to junior staffs.

Candidate should have good communication skills

Looking for candidates who are having experience in Building services (Mandatory)

Prepares rough sketches by studying architectural specifications; creating a picture of the physical, functional and aesthetic requirements.

Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing As-Built and Design drawing information;
conferring with project managers / contractors / designers / architects

Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Desired Candidate Profile:
You will be expected to have attained a recognized degree in the building services profession or have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Building services Engineer.

Skills : Computer literacy. Good written and oral communication in English. Familiar with US design standards and codes plus

a)A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Cartography, Geography, technical discipline.
b)Possess good knowledge and experience of CAD Systems.
c)Minimum 5 years of continuous experience in Autodesk AutoCAD, & AutoCAD Map, AutoCAD 3D Products specifically with latest versions.
d)Experience in drafting in the domain areas of Building, Road Network, Drainage, Urban Planning & Landscaping.
e)Experience in effectively managing CAD files.
