1. Joined almoiz industries on 29-09-2008 as Head of Department Elect., Inst. And control and still working in Almoiz Sugar Mill 26 KM chashma road DI khan. Work includes complete power house installation and commissioning. Power house consists of 12 MW 11KV steam turbine and 15 MW steam turbine. Two high pressure steam boiler of 80 Ton/Hr and 65 Bar pressure are installed. All VFD are ABB manufactured and control system of boiler is also of ABB.
2. Main control system is of Honeywell Experion. Control system of one turbine is GE-Fanuc Versamax PLC and Siemens S7-300 is of second turbine.
3. Control system at shredder and Mills is S7-300 and drives are of also Siemens 1250 KW DC. At sugar refining drives are of Siemens with S7-200 control system.

Lucky Cement :
1. Served Lucky Cement Karachi Project (8400 TPD two lines) for one year from May 29, 2006 to May 29, 2007.
2. Worked as SDM DCS/PLC in details on Siemens S7 system WinCC and PLC Hardware repairing, written PLC programs for 200,300 and 400 series Siemens PLC.
