- Interpretation of drawings and other documents.

- Shop fabrication and Site erection components of penstocks, bends, wye-pieces, girders,valve basement, draft tube for Hydro Power Station as per the requirement of the customer.

- Fabricated and dispatched pipe work of 280 tons to Pallivasal Extension Scheme (Hydro electric power station), Kerala.
- Fabricated and dispatched boiler columns and ducts for Sri Cements, Gujarat.

- Design of welding fixtures in various types of body shell assembly of railway coaches,
DESCRIPTION : The ultimate aim of every company is profit maximization through a few exceptions tends to exist. This can be achieved in two ways, cost reduction and increased Production.
This project intended at comprehensive analysis of productivity Improvement. Locating and clamping the work piece in the fixture is tedious process which causes fatigue to workers. So we designed a fixture to reduce the time required and mental strain to workers.
