Job Purpose:
Working with the HR team in AEGIS LTD office to facilitate agent recruitment function and scalable in order to help out in other HR areas as well. 1) Recruiting Direct candidates
2)Be able to close interviews and take final decisions
3)Contributing in evolving and implementing ways to increase recruitments
4)Be able to contribute effectively to the other HR functions also .

Functional / Behavioural:
1) Excellent communication skills

3) Strong Analytical skills / Good excel skills and other MS Office applications
