    Job Description:
    Responsible for handling all bookings, pre-alerts, enquiries, tracing, supplies requests and resolving complaints of selected customers as well as meet all standards set as Key Performance Indicators.
    As and when necessary, to prepare written correspondence to provide information to customers or resolutions to complaints. Work closely with Accounts Executives to ensure that customers’ needs
    Handle customers' billing enquiries and liaise with Credit Control to ensure satisfactory resolution of concerns raised.
    Proactively inform customers of delays and potential service failures. Liaise with sales and operations personnel to outline and implement remedial actions.
    Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required and deemed necessary by customers, management and/or the sales team in timely manner
    To make joint visits with sales staff as and when necessary to solicit feedback to improve the service provided to the customers.
    Handling customer Queries
    Focusing on business development.
    Operations co-ordination.
    Ensured full credit control.
