Job Description:
To maintain and upkeep the quality of the linen and laundry
Sound technical knowledge in Stain removal, equipments maintenance
and chemical propositions
Handle guest and staff laundry and prepare daily productivity reports
Control stocks for the daily use in the outlet and to ensure service requirements are met.
Ensure that all staff have access to the SOP manual and have been thoroughly briefed and trained its contents
To monitor and control the Landry staff.
