Job Description:
The person will be required to, 1)implement Quality Management Systems while monitoring adherence to the same 2) QA activities related to Internal & External Customers, Vendor development & Product Quality 3) Processing Customer Feedback & Field Failures and Working Out Corrective & Preventive Actions Plans based on Root-Cause Analysis with special Focus on reducing Pre-Delivery Inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile:
The person should have Degree / Diploma in Engineering with minimum 10-16 Years of experience in Sheet Metal Components with a clear understanding of the industry and technology trends and having, exceptional capability of instituting quality assurance practices, strong analytical attitude in Quality Management, Quality Improvement and other allied activities. The person should posses knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques and other related quality aspects, should have good communication skills , problem solving skills and knowledge of FMEA, SPC, APQP, MSA, and PPAP".
