Job Description:
Responsible for sourcing interior projects, project documentation, purchasing, estimating, bidding, client relations.
To prepare the tenders & quotes for different projects.
Interior layout ,furniture designing & detailing.
Ensuring the quantity & quality of materials received in accordance with defined standards.
Monitoring different projects simultaneously
Planning & Scheduling of projects for smooth running.
Responsible for executing tasks and producing deliverables as outlined in the project plan.

Desired Candidate Profile:
5 yrs of experience in the same field.
Should have working knowledge in AUTO CAD & 3DMax/3D
Good presentation Skill
Result & Target oriented
The candidate will need to travel as & when required & should be open to this aspect of the job
Should have flair for creative thinking
Good written & oral communication skills
