Job Description:
Achieving the production target as per production Planning
Responsible for ensuring that planned targets are achieved with in the stipulated time frame.
Ensuring that the specified process paths are followed for all products.
Process validation wherever required. Checking critical process parameters regularly and taking corrective actions wherever required.
Involving in new product introduction, new process introduction and new material qualification.
Helping in evaluating costumer rejections and identifying the root cause of problems.
Training of new technicians on processes.
Root cause problem solving and implementing maximum number of improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Incumbent should be Diploma in Mechanical with minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive sector, specially Assembly line. Seat belt Experience will be considered as priority.


Knowledge on TS16949, ISO 14000 system, policies, guideline And procedures.

Experience in state of the art production technologies and shop floor management techniques such as 5S JIT, KAIZEN and KANBAN etc.
