    Job Description:
    Opportunity for First and Second year university law students to provide legal services to an Australian Law firm on a consultancy type arrangement up to a maximum of 15 hours per week working from your own home.
    Broadly, the work involved would include:
    (a) research of discreet legal issues;
    (b) review of client documentation and provision of summary reports in relation to the material reviewed;
    (c) preparation of papers in relation to discreet legal issues.


    The number of hours of work would depend on how busy my client’s business is from time to time, the applicants current study needs and the skills of the successful applicants.
    The applicant can also confirm what hours they are likely to be able to work most weeks (obviously study commitments would take priority to any work my client may be providing) and on what basis you would like to be remunerated (my expectation is that my client would pay an hourly rate for work performed).

    Skills:
    Basic understanding of legal concepts
    Good command of English
    All other skills would be taught as part of the training provided
    Internet/email connection
