Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* High level of energy
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Extremely high level of organization required
* Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter
* Knowledge of graphic design programs such as QuarkXPress or Adobe In Design a plus
* Web content management using Adobe Dream weaver or similar also a plus
Skill set:
Strong communication skills
MS Office (word, excel, PPT)
Good organizational skills
Project Management skills
Strong PowerPoint skills a bonus
Page-Layout Program skills (QuarkXPress preferred, or Adobe In Design)
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Copy writing of marketing collateral (brochures, PowerPoint presentations, customer case studies)
- Conducting interviews with employees & customers for news and customer content
- Copy writing of creative and feature-writing articles for Employee and Customer Newsletters
- Editing content on usjadecorp.com, and rewriting if necessary. Editing includes the language correctness, spell check.
- Editing, rewriting stories and press releases.
- Previous writing experience on any of the following subjects: Technology, Mobile, Consumer Electronics
Hours: 3:30pm to 12:00 midnight IST (2am to 10:30am PST) Alternate: 7am to 3/3:30pm IST (5:30pm-2am PST)
(With availability to be flexible for US time zone meetings on occasion)
