Working as a Project & SCM Coordinator for the project GIL 3700 for Maharashtra & Goa Circle.
Responsibilities : Project Coordination
- DSPR (Daily Site Progress Report) Updating of daily progress at sites. Coordinating for resolution of issues & escalating matters if unresolved with all concerned.
- Coordination for Allocation of Partners & partner related concerns with CPM, PM & if required with CH.
- Coordination with consultant & field team for drawing related issues, if any.
- Compiling & consolidating Project Month End Report. Coordination with field team for handover of RFIE sites to O&M. Preparation of RFIE Certificates of RFIE Declared sites by availing details of equipments required for capitalization.
- Project updates in EPM & LALSYS. Support for IMIST report updating & reconciliation in sync with Circle MIS team & corporate team.
Responsibilities : SCM Coordination
- Material Planning for current rollout sites : To ensure the availability of the current stock in w/h & then planning for monthly targeted sites. If any material nil in the stock then convey the same to PM.
- Material Requisition : On Daily basis taken a call with Cluster lead & site Engineer for the requirement of the material at site. If the material require at site then generate a mail & send it to the logistics (w/h) before 24 hour.
- Material punching in ORACLE (Project & Up gradation): Required material will punch in the ORACLE & generated MRN no of the same. This number sends it along with the mail to the logistic dept.
- Material Dispatch Follow up: To ensure the material dispatch from the w/h.If the material dispatch then take a continuously follow up from the transporter & engineer until material reach at site.
- Closing of Inventory period (ORACLE): All the material movement done against the MRNDC no so we can easily close the inventory period month to month.
- Insurance Claims: Material will be damaged by any incidence like during transportation, equipment breakdown or fire. So collect the necessary documents & send it to Insurance Dept. to claim.

- Visiting the sites all over Maharashtra & Goa circles and making quality inspection reports for all circle and sites which are sent to the management for verification. Continuously follow up from the Site Vendor for the punch point completion.
