Palmer – Johnson is an American based shipping company.

- Routing of lines as per kit mark-ups on schematics or by deciding the spool length.

Working on Qatar based Tassnee Petrochemical Industrial Company’s Project

The project is of Polyacetal Resin Plant having capacity of 12000 MTPA, manufacturing Solid Flakes Resin.

Responsibilities
Preparation of conceptual layout , Preparation of Utility Distribution Diagram, Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Block Diagrams, Pipe Routing as per P&ID, Piping GA, Isometrics. The project is on AutoCAD 2008

Training
Training at Neilsoft Ltd. office on Solid Works and Cadison softwares for piping layout and Spanish language for day to day activities. Conducted training session for P-J Yacht Project Team regarding basic piping technology, piping symbology, visualization of piping and pipefitting, dimensioning, preparation of Isometrics, and line spacing calculations.

3. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Baroda, Gujarat.
“As-Built” GAD Updation of AU3 andAU4 units (On AutoCAD 2000)

- Updation of GAD’s of year 2000 as per existing refinery’s modified layout in year 2005.
- Given training to cadders regarding basic Piping symbology, preparation of
Isometrics, Studying and checking reference of GAD’s, visualization of
piping and pipefittings, dimensioning and line spacing calculation.
- Q.C. of each GAD after completion of cadding.
- Coordination with site team at IOCL Baroda and Rolta Baroda office.

Material balance of above products, process time analysis of each product, preparing process flow diagrams. Trouble shooting.
