Dear sirs /Madams,

This morning I came across a female monkey who had just given birth to its baby. The female monkey was not able to understand its own baby and was bite, twisting baby’s arms, legs etc. after watching it for almost 8-9 hours, I with help of other people could get baby freed from its mom-when the female monkey actually left the baby thinking that baby had died because mom could not feel it voice. Female monkey did not even feed her during last eight hours. Now the baby is in my custody.

I spoke to local veterinary doctor and he suggested me baby’s medicines and its feed (basically 20ml of double toned milk every 3-4 hours). I gave baby’s first feed now and baby felt relaxed after having it. I have also applied soframycine on the wounds as well—as per Doctor’s suggestions.

Please suggest what should be the next course of action for the baby?
