    Job Description
    Job Responsibilities would include : Estimating tasks & Commitment to estimations Analysing new subjects/ideas/product requirements from scratch & present the details to wider audience. Taking the Ownership of Design documentation & tech specs for requirements. Making dependable code & code review of peers Planning & executing code integration cycles & testing cycles for modules.

    Desired Candidate Profile
    Must have:
    - 2+ years of software development experience with progressively increasing responsibilities
    - Expertise in designing and implementing high performance scalable applications in Java based technologies
    - 2+ years experience in coding Java based applications using Swing and core Java. Good exposure to Source Control and Scheduling tasks Preferably should have a experience on
    -Windows Operating System Internals
    -Module leader experience in C and Java
    -System level programming
    -Multi-threading fundamentals of Java
    -OOPs concepts
    -UML
    -Basic Design Patterns
    -Good branded source control usage
