Job Description:
1. Proficiency in Financial Software Tally 9
2. Synchronization of Accounts with Bank through preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement
3. Knowledge of TDS/ issuance of Form 16/16A/ Filing of E-TDS Return using E-TDS Webtel Software
4. Effective Management of Debtors/Creditors Control Ledger Accounts
5. Exposure in Correspondence with the Patrons/Donors/Auditors/
6. Exposure to monthly Internal Audit
7. Exposure to Budgeting procedures on year to year basis.
8. The candidate should have good spoken and written communication skills.
9. Liasoning with the Governmental departments, Bank, local Authorities
10. Should be able to meet the deadlines for M.I.S. remittance to the respective reporting heads.
11. Reporting directly to the Country Director.
12. Handling additional responsibilities as and when required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Commerce Graduate & PG in Finance will be preferred.
2. English proficiency is must.
3. Good Computer Knowledge essential.
4. Proficiency in Financial Software Tally (Upto Ver 9.3)
5. Working knowledge of Software Word/Excel
6. Good Knowledge of Internet Usage and experience of handling E-mail Clients Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express
7. Basic knowledge of Computer Networking/Lan System

Samuel Foundation Charitable India Trust is an Indian Chapter of Hedwig And Robert Samuel Foundation, Germany, an international NGO. The Samuel Foundation is globally operating in five countries – Germany, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Thailand and India to impart quality education and professional training to children and youth of under privileged section of society
The Trust provides a fifteen months full time comprehensive vocational training in Dress Designing and Quality Supervision course to around 100 socially under privileged adolescents at its two training centres at Tagore Garden and Garhi. The complete training is offered free of cost. The students are in the age group of 17-25 years receiving vocational training to enable them to earn their livelihood and support their families.
After the regular training the students are sent for apprenticeship of three months to various garment manufacturing industries of Delhi and satellite cities like NOIDA, Faridabad and Gurgaon. The apprenticeship is compulsory for them to be better equipped practically and become useful for working in industrial settings. During apprenticeship their training is jointly evaluated by the apprentice providers and the training institution and Training Diploma is presented only after successful completion of apprenticeship.
