Equipment Description
The reactor unit comprising of one reactor, condenser, receivers, and the unit is designed with pressure vessels codes such as ASME VIII Div I, II also condenser is designed with Vapour in tube side & Water in shell side. As Vapour goes to condenser tube side from reactor shell, it will condense by water supply in shell side and finally it will collect in receivers. This unit finds the application in pharmaceuticals.

Role : Involved in Basic design calculations of equipments, Material

Equipments Description: The system comprises of Evaporator column, pump for forced circulation, heat exchanger, reboiler, receicer. When we forced the material in the evaporator through pump, the heavy particles will go down and remaining vapors will go condenser through the entrainment separator then it will collect in the receiver .The concentrated material can use for further processes. These equipments finds in the application in food processing.

4. Alcohol Distillation plant:

Equipments Description: The distillation plant involves distillation column, condensers, and reboilers, receiving tanks etc. When alcohol-water mixture starts boiling with the help of steam and reboiler, the low boiling alcohols will go up and high boiling alcohols will remain in the bottom trays. The up going alcohols will condensate in the condensers and go back to column as reflux and another line goes to next column as TA. While doing these impure alcohols settles down and low boiling pure alcohol will separates from the mixture. Condesers and reboilers are designed as per the code TEMA, and other vessels are designed as per the ASME VIII Div-II.

This removal type Heat Exchanger was designed with Hot Vapour in Shell side & Water in Tube side. This H.E finds the application in return line of steam power plant to condense the steam.
