- Driven team player, collaborator and relationship builder
- Ability to prioritize among many competing alternatives and plans, balance customer needs with business priorities, and articulate the rationale behind decisions
- 8+ years of experience with at least 2 years of product and/or program management experience. Software development background is essential. Platform development experience is a plus
- Prior Product Management experience in internet or enterprise products. Experience with products involving multi-media technologies such as Video is a plus.
- BE required. MS/MBA a plus.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the vision and full life-cycle of product management for Video Platform products, including analyzing customer needs, defining product strategy, building the appropriate product requirements documents, and executing on a day-to-day basis, communicating with a number of internal and international stakeholders to articulate the business value. You will work closely with engineering teams to drive products from conceptualization to proof-of-concept to completion.

Essential Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the development and operation of the product, to achieve the goals for customer engagement and long-term business value for the company.
- Lead the development of the product vision, the integrated view of how the product will serve the needs of the customer while building lasting value for the company. This includes defining the consumer value proposition, mapping the long-term product and business strategy, and planning the development, release, and growth of products.
- Serve as the arbiter of quality, and decision maker around trade-offs between features, resources, and time.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize internal requests and requirements, write product specifications, drive product development through close interaction with engineering and related teams, and coordinate with both customers and a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team to deploy product
- Create and maintain an ongoing product roadmap and product schedule for Y! products/infrastructure and APIs
- Build positive relationship and trust with the end-customer through on-time delivery, high quality, continuous innovation, and effective communication
- Interface across the company as the expert on specific domain, platforms and products
- Work closely with various international groups to plan and manage product deliveries to international markets
