Title : Protein Biochemistry
Scope : The project was related to affinity chromatography with respect to protein binding. Affinity chromatography is one of the most powerful techniques available for the purification of bio molecules in large scale production and is commonly applied in down stream process. Its use, however, is associated to the availability of the effective specific ligands for each target molecule. In view of their relevance, significant efforts have been devoted to the development of synthetic ligand for the purification of proteins.
