    What is RSBY-
    RSBY has been launched by Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India to provide health insurance coverage for Below Poverty Line (BPL) families. Responsible for monitoring Loan Utilization Checks as per the Need standard.

    Operations Management :

    Ensure that Branch have all the necessary legal and statutory compliance
    Responsible for submitting the explanation of audit report in prescribed format. This report should also include the actions taken against misconduct or mistakes done.

    People Management :
    Responsible for monitoring the performance of Sangam Managers, Managing staff at the branch level with constant and regular motivation and assessing the training needs of Sangam Managers.
    Responsible for organizing the training for new staff and also delegating the responsibilities of training to Sangam Managers.
    Responsible for implementing all the organizational policies and procedures at the branch level.
    Implement consistent appraisal process, and improve productivity.

    Others :
    Responsible for the publicity of the organization at the branch level. Branch Manager is to communicate all the loan process and procedures of organization to local leaders as well as to police to avoid any misinterpretation.
    Responsible for public relation management at the branch level. Meeting with all the stakeholders (Local politician, police etc.).
