Job Description

* Sourcing, Interviewing, Campus drives
* Participating & conducting activities in the pre-selection process for candidates - screenings, testing, reference checking, interview coordinating, etc.
* Maintaining and recording written correspondence of all candidates and client interface
* Manage workflow to ensure deadlines are met
* To manage all other functions in candidate management

Desired Candidate Profile

* Candidates must be assertive, aggressive, target driven and must have the ability to deal with pressure
* Good communication skills
* Can be a graduate
* Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitments preferably BFSI is an added advantage

The project was about the design of a pantograph that is used in general engraving purposes and windscreen wiper used in automobiles.

Project title: Design and analysis of cost effective holding fixture:
The work envisages the design of a cost effective holding fixture by introducing a toggle clamp in place of the thrust screw mechanism for loading and unloading the plunger (component) to perform vertical milling operation on the plunger while it is being held by the fixture designed. by imparting this change in design there is an expected reduction in the manufacturing time and cost of the fixture and more importantly, the work is in contemplation of reduction in cycle time during the loading and unloading of the component.

- Was elected the President of culturals committee of my college in 2008 and conducted several events.
