Skill Sets Required
Knowledge of STAAD Pro Required. However PDS / PDMS Exposure will be preferred.
Knowledge of Analysis and Design of Concrete and Steel Structures necessary
Familiarization with BS and ACI codes will be an added advantage

Basic Requirement
Degree in the respective fields of Engineering B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Eng and /or membership of Internationally Applicable Professional Institute.
Overall 15 years in Experience with at least 3 years in Offshore Engineering
Projects Experience in Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas Industries including Refinery and Petrochemical Industries.

Experience and a good Understanding of Working on EPC projects.

This is a competition project won by us in 1999. The project has an estimated cost of Rs. 150 Crores to be built on 18 hectares at Dwarka, Delhi. The project was won by the team effort. The units designed are of EWS with covered area of 30 sq.mtrs., LIG with covered area of 45 sq.mtrs., MIG with 70 sq.mtrs. and SFS with 120 sq.mtrs. In all there are 2050 DU's. The break-up being EWS with 207 units, LIG with 320 units and MIG with 448 units, SFS with 947 units.

The site has a mixed land use plan it incorporates shopping on ground floor and residences on upper 3 floors/All the units except SFS.
