Job Description
-- Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls.
-- Maintaining Customer records and data files.
-- Effective and efficient response to customer calls.
-- Accepting telephonic customerās orders.
-- Convincing customer about DTH (Direct to home service) for FMCG & Grocery products.
-- Daily sales reports on the calls made to the clients.
-- Interacting with potential customers and addressing telephonic queries.
-- Co-ordinate with sales office of the company towards delivery of goods.
-- Providing prompt and polite service to all customers with in the set time frame.
-- Maintain day to day work process of domestic call centre.
-- No Night Shift (Only day Shift)
Desired Candidate Profile
-- Under Graduate/ Graduate with 0 to 6 month tele calling experience.
-- Language: Should be able to speak Marathi, Hindi, and English, Gujarati (Preferred).
-- Freshers are welcome.
-- Good and polite telecommunication skills.
