Job Description:
X-istech is inviting applications from dynamic recruitment professionals. Working in a dynamic environment, the Recruiters will work for an US recruitment process which, will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates for the US IT industry.

The work involves working in the Night Shift. Candidates with prior US recruitment experience will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate from any stream and Willingness to work in the Night Shift.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
Highly motivated and target oriented and Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.

Excellent working knowledge with various IT technologies.
Involved in full cycle of technical recruitment like sourcing, screening, and interviewing, formatting and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
Must have an excellent database of your own.
Good relations with the vendors are required.
