Job Description:
We are looking for Civil Engineering Project Coordinators, who are cable of independently handling projects (at least US$ 5m – 10m) including project planning, execution, site team coordination, consulting team coordination, subcontractor coordination, procurement coordination, quantity surveying/valuations coordination, preparing project progress reports & handling site meetings. He/ she shall be directly reporting to the project director and submitting weekly internal report on all his/her assignments for various projects he/she is given for handling.
2 yrs: renewable contract and first year bachelor status

Desired Candidate Profile:
The candidate should have the relevant degree and should be willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya, Africa. He should have good command over English. He can have experience of handling projects: Building/Housing/High Rise/Hotel and Lodges/Hospital/Industrial projects. Candidates having African/Middle east Experience will be an added advantage, however not essential to apply.
