    I had applied for APL Ration Card at Haleyangadi Panchayat Office, Mangalur Taluk, Dakshina Kannada District and after due verification, my Ration Card was generated on 10-3-2017. My RC Number is 110300153095. They told my Ration Card will be sent by post within a month. But even after 7 months I have not received my Ration Card. I visited Taluk Office at Mangalur. But no use. I have filed online grievance to the Food Inspector/Dy. Director. My Grievance No.50677153. I was given a expected date of reply as 30-9-2017. Since I have not received any reply nor the Ration Card, I sent an e-mail to the Dy. Director, Food & Civil Supplies, Mangalur. I contacted him on phone. His common reply is – it will be sent by post. But why the concerned office is taking 7 months to dispatch the Ration Card by post. Who kept it pending from March 2017 onwards? When the Card was printed? Who kept it pending, once the card was printed?
