Written examinations are being conducted for employment notice no. 03/2013 dated 14.12.2013 for Grade Pay 1800. The schedule of written examination and download of call letters will be as under :–

Call letters for eligible candidates can be downloaded from website www.nwr.indianrailways.gov.in as per schedule above. Rejection letters for ineligible candidates have also been uploaded on website. Instructions for written examination and sample OMR have also been uploaded. Candidates must take print of these documents and read all the instructions carefully. The examination will be conducted in two shifts. Information of date of examination,venue & shift has been provided in call letter.

Candidates must bring one original ID proof and one self attested photocopy as mention in call letter. No entry will be given in examination centre without original ID. Candidate must paste one colour photo on call letter and bring one photo with him, which will be pasted on attendance sheet.

In call letters of reserve community candidate, authority has been given for free travel in second class, which is valid with original caste certificate of same number as shown in call letter, otherwise candidate will be treated as without ticket.

Question paper for the Written Test shall be of Class 10th standard, consisting of 100 multiple-choice (four) objective type questions, mainly aimed to assess general knowledge /awareness, mathematics, general science and reasoning etc. Question paper shall be printed in Hindi, English, Urdu, Panjabi and Gujarati. The duration of Written Test shall be 90 minutes. Candidates are permitted to take question booklet with them.

A Proforma has been uploaded for visually handicapped and to those handicapped whose writing speed is affected by cerebral palsy to have the facility of SCRIBE. Such candidates may fill up the Proforma alongwith necessary documents and obtain the permission of SCRIBE in person from RRC three days before their day of examination.

Recruitment process in the RRC exams is fully unbiased and transparent, the selection is based purely on the merit of the candidates. Candidates beware of the elements who may misguide with false promises of getting them selected for the job, on illegal consideration. If candidates come across any such person, inform SDGM & Chief Vigilance Officer, NWR, Jaipur and Police Authorities under intimation to this office.
