Based on the 1st stage written examination held on 22/9/2013 and 2nd stage written examination held on 19/01/2014 for the post of Jr.Clerk-cum-Typist, Cat. No. 04 of Centralised Employment Notice No.04/2010, the candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been provisionally shortlisted for TYPING TEST to be held in near future at Ranchi. The date and the venue of Typing skill will be intimated to individual candidate through SPEED POST and also be uploaded on the website of RRB/Ranchi

NOTE :
1. RRB/Ranchi regrets inability to entertain any correspondence from unsuccessful candidates.

2. Candidates appearing in Typing Skill Test have to qualify in the test by securing minimum typing speed (i.e., 30 w.p.rn. in English or 25 w.p.m in Hindi) otherwise they will be eliminated from the selection process for Jr.Clerk-cum-Typist. The actual test will be of 10 minutes duration.

3. Handicapped candidates who are unable to type must produce a certificate on the day of Typing skill Test duly issued by a Medical Board, attached to the Special Employment Exchange or by a Civil Surgeon where such a Board does not exist, failing which they have to undergo Typing skill Test on scheduled date.

4. If any candidates does not receive the call letter for Typing Skill Test in time or there is any discrepancy in his call letter regarding his name, photograph, he/she should come to RRB/Ranchi one day before the scheduled date of Test at 10.00 AM for issue of Duplicate call letter/ Correction in call letter. He/she must bring with her/him all original testimonials (with attested copies of each), two copies of Passport size photographs of him/her and Call-letter counterfoils of the both the written examinations.

5. It may be noted that more number of candidates than the notified vacancies are being called for the Typing Skill Test and merely calling a candidate for Typing Skill Test does not in any way entitle him/her to an appointment in Railways.

6. While every care has been taken in preparing the above result, RRB/Ranchi reserves the right to rectify any inadvertent error or typographical/printing mistakes.

7. Any request for change of date and time of Typing Skill Test will not be entertained.
