ANNOUNCEMENT FOR SHORTLISTED ACT(T) CANDIDATES
Interview for selection for the Post of ACT (T)in SAIL-ISP, Burnpur.
[Written test for Attendant-Cum-Technician (Trainee)held on 10/08/2014]

The following candidates are hereby advised to appear before an Interview Board for Final Selection for the post of ACT(T)

Instruction to the candidates :
You are advised to bring the following documents at the time of interview;
1. The downloaded call letter.
2. Registration slip generated at the time of online application.
3. Enclosed Bio-data Proforma, duly filled in (8 copies).
4. Original Matriculation / Higher Secondary certificate issued by University / Board recording your date of birth and also an attested copy of the same. No other documents will be accepted.
5. Original certificate and mark sheets of ITI examination which qualifies you for consideration and attested copies of the same.
6. No Objection Certificate from your present employer, if you are employed in a Central / State Government /Department or Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body, and your application has not been forwarded through proper channel.
7. Original Certificate issued by the prescribed authority in case of SC/ST/OBC/ Physically Handicapped / Ex-Servicemen and attested copy of the same. The OBC candidates must have a valid certificate.
8. In case you have failed to submit the challan at the time of written test you are advised to submit the same at the time of interview failing which you may not be allowed for the interview.
9. Please note that the sole responsibility to download call letter for interview will vest with the candidates and ISP will not in any way be held liable for the same.
10. Candidates are advised to bring original photo identity cards (Driving Licence, Voter ID card, PAN card etc.) at the time of interview failing which they would not be allowed to appear before the interview board.

Please note:
1. The ‘Call Letters’ and Bio-data proforma for interview of the following short listedcandidates can be downloaded from the SAIL Web-Site from 28.8.14. Shortlisted candidates for interview can download their call letter & bio-data format, bylogging in with their registration number and date of birth
2. Candidates have to bring eight (8) copies of Bio-data proforma at the time of interview
