Instructions:
The joining of above mentioned candidates shall be strictly subject to being found medically fit by the Medical Officer of the Company and submitting the following documents in original (which will be returned after verification) along-with one set of self attested photocopies;
i. Certificate in proof of Date of Birth (Matriculation Passing certificate).
ii. Certificate regarding educational qualifications.
iii. If one belongs to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer - NCL)/PH category, a certificate in proof of one’s belonging to SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PH category issued by the Competent Authority in prescribed format.
iv. In case candidates are registered with the local Employment Exchange, the Employment Exchange Registration Card.
v. In case of Local Displaced Person, Certificate issued by the DPLR to the effect that you are a bonafide displaced person and proof of one’s having vacated the homestead land.
vi. Two recent passport size colour photographs.
vii. PAN card & a Local (Bokaro Steel City) Bank Saving A/c no. (Compulsory)
viii. Attestation Forms being sent with Offer Letter in triplicate properly filled in and duly attested.
ix. Release Certificate from the present employer, if employed.
The above candidates are advised to report to the AGM (Public Health), Bokaro Steel City for inoculation against infectious diseases before appearing for Medical Examination.
For Medical Examination, the above candidates are advised to report to Jt. Director (M&HS), Blood Bank, Bokaro General Hospital, BS City on the date mentioned against each (Medical Date). For joining formalities, the above candidates are advised to report to the AGM (Pers/Rectt) at HRD Building, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand on the date mentioned against each (Reporting Date) latest by 09:30 AM.
