BIHAR COMBINED ENTRANCE COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION BOARD
UNDER GRADUATE MEDICAL ADMISSION COUNSELLING (UGMAC)-2013 for MBBS / BDS

Applications on prescribed Form are invited for appearing in the Under Graduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC)-2013 in order to select candidates for admission to the first year UG Medical Courses (MBBS / BDS) based on the merit-list / Rank-List of NEET (UG)-2013 conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi.

For admission to UG Medical Degree (MBBS / BDS) Course, the Institutions available are mentioned hereunder :-
(i) Patna Medical College, Patna, Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai, Nalanda Medical College, Patna, A.N.M. Medical College, Gaya, J.L.N.M. Medical College, Bhagalpur, S.K. Medical College Muzaffarpur, I.G.I.M.S. Medical College, Patna, Govt. Medical College Betiah and Bardhman Instititute of Medical Sc. & Research, Pawapuri, Nalanda & Patna Dental College, Patna.

2. PROCUREMENT OF APPLICATION FORM & PROSPECTUS AND COUNSELLING FEE :-
The Application Form (part-A & part-B), Bank Challan in triplicate and Prospectus is available from the column "ENTRANCE NOTICE" of the website : www.bceceboard.com & www.bcecebonline.com.

(i) Counselling Fee :
Candidate willing to appear in UG Medical counselling (UGMAC)-2013 based on Bihar State Rank List of NEET (UG)-2013 are required first to download the Bank Challan in triplicate and using the same are required to deposit the counselling fee, Rs. 300.00 (Three hundred Rupees) in case they are of General (Unreserved) /BC / EBC category and Rs. 225.00 (Two hundred twenty five Rupees) in case they are of SC/ST categories in any Branch of the State Bank of India.
After depositing the required amount of counselling fee through the Bank Challan, each candidate will get transaction ID / Journal no. as mentioned on the paid challan.

(ii) Part A and Part B of the Application Form :
The candidate is then required to fill in Part-A of the Application online and download the complete Application Form (online filled in part-A of the Application Form and blank Part-B of the Application Form). The part-B of the Application Form is to be filled in manually. Passport size photograph of the candidate, identical to one as used for preparing Admit Card of NEET (UG)-2013 is to be pasted at the specified space of Part-A & Part B of the Application Form. The candidate is them required to put his / her full signature in English and Hindi at the specified places of Part-A & Part-B of the Application Form.

(iii) Enclosures :
Self attested copies of the required documents as mentioned on our website are required to be enclosed with the completed Application Form (Part-A & Part-B).

(iv) Submission of the Application Form :
The completed Application Form (Part-A filled in 'Online' and Part-B filled in manually alongwith Board's copy of Bank Challan & required enclosures) is to be submitted by hand personally for due verification of eligibility/ identity against the Original Certificates / documents as presented by the candidate at the time of counselling.

3. The application Form & Bank challan for online filling of Part-A, manually filling in of Part-B and depositing counselling Fee through Bank Challan can be procured and completed from 03.08.2013 to 11.08.2013.

The scheduled programme for rankwise / merit wise counselling for all categories will be available on our website from 14.08.2013 (10.00 AM) onward and the Counselling will start from 17.08.2013 at I.A.S. Building, Near Patna Airport, Patna-800014. Also for details of the courses and terms and conditions with regard to eligibility of the candidates (appearing in the counselling of UGMAC-2013) are included in the prospectus available on our website.
