INFORMATION BULLETIN (COUNSELING) NEET (UG) – 2013 :
In compliance with the directives of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi, has been conducting the All India Pre- Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination since the year 1988 exclusively for admission to the 15% of total seats in the Govt. Medical/Dental Colleges of India as specified in the directives of the Hon’ble Court and are governed by the rules and regulations specified for the same by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India from time to time.

Subsequently, with the notifications published by the Medical Council of India and Dental Council of India amending their respective regulations for admission to MBBS/BDS course the admission under 15% All India Quota Seats shall be based on the merit position obtained by the candidates in the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) from the Academic Session 2013-14.

The responsibility of the CBSE is limited to the conduct of the entrance examination, declaration of result and providing of merit list to the DGHS as per its requirement. The counseling for successful candidates for admission to the 15% All India Quota seats is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India. During counseling, the eligibility criteria, various documents, etc. of the candidate is verified and Medical/Dental College is allotted to the candidate according to the choice and availability.

COURSE DURATION :
MBBS:The duration of MBBS course is 4½ years followed by internship of one year.
BDS: The course is divided into 4 years of training and 1 year compulsory rotatory internship.

SCHEME OF ALL INDIA QUOTA & PARTICIPATING STATES :
The scheme for selection of candidates for admission to undergraduate medical courses for admission to 15% of total seats on all-India basis shall be applicable to Medical/Dental Colleges/Institutions throughout the country as specified in the directives of Hon’ble Court and no Medical/Dental Colleges/Institutions shall hereafter conduct competitive entrance examination of its own for these seats on all-India basis, except the States of Jammu & Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh, which have been excluded by the Supreme Court from the purview of their judgments in this regard.

Included in counselling list of15% all India quota seats has given, but st category marks range 239-445, percentile range 86.2850-98.2258 and rank range10970-78180 but my neet all India rank is138194, percentile score is 78.9116 and total marks obtained. 188 so I have not registration and choice filling on 10th to 15th July 2013. How can I now registered?
