On line applications are invited from eligible Male & Female unmarried candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Four (04) years degree course for the academic year 2013–14.

Essential Qualifications: The Applicants must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English with 45% marks.

Age Limit: The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years and maximum age 24 years as on 31st December 2013.

Last date of submission of application form is 10th July 2013
Entrance examination shall be conducted on 21st July 2013 (Sunday)

HOW TO APPLY:
The information brochure and application form can be downloaded from the Institute’s website [www.sgpgi.ac.in]. The candidates will have to fill up the application form “ON LINE”.

After online submission a printout of filled in application form must be taken and sent to Executive Registrar, SGPGIMS, Raebareli Road, Lucknow-226014 alongwith all relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, experience, caste etc. and duly signed by the candidate through registered post/speed post/courier. A Bank draft of Rs. 1000/- towards examination fees should also be attached with the application form.

The Bank draft should be drawn in favour of “Director, SGPGIMS, Academic Account” Lucknow payable at State Bank of India, SGPGIMS Branch (Code No. 7789) Lucknow, which is non-refundable. Last date of receiving of completed application form is 10th July 2013. Any postal delay is not acceptable

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
** The selection shall be made through an entrance examination to be conducted on 21st July 2013 (Sunday). Eligible candidate may print their admit card from the same website. No separate call letter will be sent.
** The result of above examination will be available on the Institute’s website within one week of the examination.
** The number of seats are 40 (forty).
** Reservation will apply as per U.P. Government’s rules. Reservation will be admissible only to candidates having domicile of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates having domicile other than Uttar Pradesh will be treated as General Category candidates for all purposes.
