KOLKATA METRO RAIL CORPORATION LIMITED (KMRCL), a Government of India Undertaking, formed to implement the East West Metro Corridor Project in Kolkata, invites application from eligible candidates for recruitment to the posts indicated in the Table below either on deputation or on contractual basis as per the terms and conditions regarding qualification, experience, age limit, pay scale prescribed as noted against each of the posts:

Name of the Post : Deputy Chief Engineer (Civil)
Educational Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering
Maximum Age Limit as on 01.01.2013 : 60 years
Experience : At least 3 years as Executive Engineer in large construction project or in Metro Railway.

Name of the Post : Deputy Chief Engineer (Rolling Stock)
Educational Qualification : Degree in Electrical Engineering
Maximum Age Limit as on 01.01.2013 : 60 years
Experience : At least 3 years’ experience as Senior Electrical Engineer in Railway/Metro Railway in maintenance/manufacturing of Rolling Stock.

Name of the Post : Financial Advisor & Chief Accounts Officer
Educational Qualification : Graduation from a recognized University and Chartered/ Cost Accountant
Maximum Age Limit as on 01.01.2013 : 65 years
Experience : At least 20 years’ post qualification experience having exposure to multilateral/bilateral funding and independent handling in both direct and indirect taxation.

Experience : At least 20 years’ experience in Central/State Government Departments in different capacities. Conversant with the Acts and Rules relating to HR management, training & development, framing of Rules and financial issues viz. pay fixation, increment, leave salary etc.

Experience : At least 20 years’ experience in different capacities of L&LR service, well conversant with land laws, land acquisition and rehabilitation. Capacity to deal with Court Cases relating to land laws.

2. Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation Limited (KMRCL), a Govt. of India Undertaking, set up to implement the East West Metro Corridor Project at Kolkata, invites applications for the post of Personal Assistant on contractual basis as per the terms and conditions detailed below;

Name of the post : Personal Assistant

Age limit : 63 years on 1st May, 2013.
Emoluments : As per rules of KMRCL.

Qualification : Graduate from a recognized University.
Responsibilities : Taking dictation, typing, movement of files, receipts & dispatch, file maintenance & house keeping.
Experience : Recently retired employees of Central/State Government/PSU / private concerns having at least 20 years’ experience as Stenographer. Knowledge of using computer for Word Processing, Excel Internet and E-mail is compulsory.
Desirable : Experience in working with top management in Central/State Govt./PSU/private concerns.

Tenure Initially : 1(one) year extendable up to attaining the age of 65 on satisfactory performance in each year.
