The personal counseling round for admissions to Mch/DM vacant seats will be conducted on 20th to 21st September 2013, as one subject is newly available and preferences of candidate are exhausted in some subject.

All the eligible candidate (including those who have not filled preference form) for MHSSET-2013 are requested to note following events, schedule and date in context to personal counseling round.

Date : Thursday 12.09.2013 up to 05.00 pm
Event : Cancellation of admission by the candidates who want to be eligible for Next MHSSET-2014 (As per provision in Rule 8.5)

Date : Friday 13.09.2013 After 05.00 pm
Event :Display of following category of vacancy
1) Seats available due to non allotment/ Non joined/ Resignation up to 12.09.2013.
2) Newly available seats

Date : Monday 16.09.2013 up to 05.00 pm
Event : Submission of status retention form at respective institute.
(All the desirous candidates of MH-SSET-2013 who have joined the allotted Seats in 1st round and wish to retain the seat should submit status Retention Form.)

Note: The Candidates who have filled status retention previously is hereby stands cancelled. The retention form filled on 16.09.2013 will only be considered valid for confirmation of admission and such a candidate will not be considered for subsequent admission process and such seat will not be allotted in Personal Counseling round.

Date : Tuesday 17.09.2013
Event : Display of all seats available for personal counseling round
(These seats will be excluding the seats retained by candidates by way of filling of status retention form on 16/09/2013 and vacancy shown on 13.09.2013)

The seats allotted to candidate in 1st selection round will be deemed to be surrendered for personal counseling round except in case of candidates who have filled status retention form on 16/09/2013.

Following Candidates will not be held eligible for personal counseling round
a) A candidate to whom a seat has been allotted in previous round but have not joined the course
b) A candidate to whom a seat has been allotted in previous round and joined the college but resigned the seat.

All the desirous candidates who are eligible as per rules of MHSSET-2013 should attend personal counseling round according to the above schedule. The candidate should bring all the original documents and one set of photocopy of documents as per rule no.7.3 of MHSSET-2013.

Any candidates who have been admitted in first selection round, filled status retention form and as well as candidates confirming admission in personal counseling round are not permitted to cancel his/her admission under any circumstance after this round and such a candidate will be penalized as per rule no.12.2 a) and 12.2 b) of MHSSET-2013 brochure.
