Applications on prescribed form are invited for appearing in the Post Graduate Medical Admission Test (PGMAT)-2013 in order to select candidates for admission to the FIRST YEAR MD (Ayurveda) in Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna for the session 2013.

Application Form & Prospectus for Off-line (Manual) form filling and On-line form filling the same :
Procurement and Off-line (Manual) Form filling :
i. Main Application Form alongwith computer Form, Formats for residential & Caste Certificates, Envelopes A & B and Prospectus will be on sale from 25.02.2013 to 12.03.2013 from the sale centre at Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna by submitting an Account Payee Draft of Rs.1300/- (Rupees One Thousand Three hundred) per set of one application form & prospectus. The Bank Draft must be in favour of "Controller of Examination, BCECE Board (PGMAT)" payable at any nationalised Bank at Patna.
ii. A maximum of five application forms may be obtained by a single Bank Draft.
iii. Application Form alongwith Computer Form must be completed as per para 10 & 11 of the Prospectus (PGMAT-2013) and the same alongwith prescribed enclosures must be sent by Speed Post / Registered Post within time limit as specified in Para 3 a below.

Procurement and On-line Form filling :
i. Main Application Form along with formats for residential & Caste certificates, Envelopes A & B and Prospectus but excluding Computer Form will be on sale from 25.02.2013 to 12.03.2013 from the same sale centres as given in above by submitting an Account Payee Draft of Rs.1200/- (Rupees One Thousand Two hundred) per set of one application form & prospectus. The Bank Draft must be in favour of "Controller of Examination, BCECE Board (PGMAT)" payable at any nationalised Bank at Patna.

ii. A maximum of five application forms may be obtained by One Bank Draft.

iii. The On-line Applicants should visit the BCECE Board Website : www.bceceboard.com , www.bcecebonline.com and go to 'PGMAT-2013 On-line Registration" page and follow the instructions given under 'How to apply" in order to fill the computer form on-line. This facility will be available only up to 12.03.2013 till 5.00 P.M.

iv. Application Form alongwith printout of the duly on-line filled computer form on the Website : (i) bceceboard.com (ii) bcecebonline.com must be completed as per para 10 & 11 of the Prospectus (PGMAT-2013).

v. It is clarified that 'On-line' applicants also will have to send the duly filled print-out of the computer form alongwith Main Application Form and prescribed enclosures by Speed Post / Registered Post within time limit as specified in para 3 below.

Application Forms sent by any other mode will not be accepted. In no case completed Application Form will be received in BCECE Board office by hand or after scheduled last date i.e. 19.03.2013 for receipt of completed Application Form (See para 10 & 11 of the Prospectus of PGMAT-2013)
